THE MARINA SUNSET BAY

Located at a prominent site on the breakwater, Marina Sunset Bay, Abu Dhabi will be part of the development of the Marina area and occupy pride of place in this massive architectural edifice.

All four rows will overlook the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. The villas will be exceptional for their simplicity and adhere to contemporary Gulf Design, which takes the modern reworking of the traditional Gulf house to a new level. The minimalism is achieved through a process of rigorous control and refinement. Sustainable elements will be used throughout, taking into consideration climatic conditions and solar orientation.
